Why Water Weight?
Waterweight works with the concept of negative training. Negative training, also known as Eccentric training is the opposite of the traditional commonly used “positive training”. With positive training the weight is increased throughout the workout as the reps are increased. Waterweight does the opposite and decreases the weight with each rep throughout the workout by releasing water.
Utilize natures most basic principles of water to not only train your body, but heal your body during training. At full capacity Waterweight weighs 35 lbs (15.88k). Emptied, Waterweight weighs 12 lbs (4.53k).
